Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule my bin cleaning?

Once we receive your order, we’ll email you within 24 hours with your scheduled service day in your area. If you have a preferred day, just let us know in your order, by email, or by phone — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Will I be notified before you come to clean my bins?

Yes. We’ll email you a reminder the day before your cleaning and send a text message the morning of service so you know exactly when we’re arriving.

Why do I receive two emails from you each month?

Monthly customers receive two emails each cycle — an invoice for billing and a reminder email the day before their scheduled cleaning.

Do I need to be home for your services?

No, you don’t need to be home. We clean your bins on your regular trash pickup day, so as long as your cans are at the curb, we’ll take care of the rest.

Why should I have my trash and recycle bins cleaned?

We don’t just rinse your bins — we disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize them. Using water heated to nearly 200°F, our system eliminates 99.9% of common bacteria and germs. We also clean the outside of the bin, including high-touch areas like lids and handles, helping reduce odors, bacteria buildup, and potential health hazards.

What areas do you service?

We service all of Ventura County and nearby surrounding areas. If you’re outside our regular route, we’re happy to discuss one-time cleanings whenever possible.

How do I start the service?

Getting started is easy — visit our Pricing or Contact Us pages on this website, or give us a call at 888-588-2449.

Why Should I have my dumpster or trash/recycling bins cleaned?

Trash bins and dumpsters can quickly attract odors, bacteria, and pests. Our high-temperature cleaning system disinfects and deodorizes, helping remove the buildup that attracts insects and rodents. Regular cleaning keeps your bins fresher and less inviting to pests like roaches and mice.

How often should my dumpster or bins be cleaned?

Monthly cleaning is recommended to keep your dumpster or bins fresh and sanitary. Our flexible service plans make it easy to maintain a regular cleaning schedule and minimize odors and bacteria buildup.

Will you consider one-time cleanings?

Yes! We’re happy to provide one-time cleanings, and we also offer flexible plans for ongoing service. Since heavy buildup takes more effort to remove during initial cleanings, regular service is usually more cost-effective over time.

What happens to all the dirty water that my dumpster or bin generates?

Our self-contained system captures all wastewater, so your property is left clean with no runoff. The collected water is properly disposed of.
